How do I return something?

How often should I use the Pore Reset Vacuum?
1–2 times per week. Daily use can irritate skin.

How often should I use the Sonic Glow Scrubber?
Sonic (peel) mode: 2 times per week. EMS, Ion-, Ion+ modes: daily-safe.

Will these tools leave marks on my skin?
No, when used correctly. Always glide the device — never hold it stationary on one spot. Start on the gentlest mode.

Can I use these with my serums?
Yes. The Sonic Glow Scrubber's Ion+ mode is designed to push serums deeper. The Pore Reset Vacuum pairs well with hydrating serums after each session.

Are these safe for sensitive skin?
Start on the gentlest setting, twice a week, and avoid active breakouts. If you have rosacea or extremely sensitive skin, patch-test first.
