Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Beautae ships worldwide. We currently deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, most of Europe, the Middle East, and many more countries across the globe.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package at any time through our tracking page or directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties
Beautae ships internationally from our fulfillment centers. Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping fee. We have no control over customs processing times, which may cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery windows.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 35 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@beautae.com and we will investigate immediately. We will either resend your order or issue a full refund depending on the situation.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Beautae is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
