At Beautae, we ship worldwide. Here's exactly what to expect.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery time

United States, Canada, UK, EU, Australia: 8–14 business days after dispatch.
Middle East & North Africa: 10–18 business days.
Rest of world: 12–25 business days.

Delays may occur during peak seasons (holidays, Black Friday, Lunar New Year) and are outside our control.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on all orders over $49.
Standard shipping under $49: $4.99 flat.

Tracking

Every shipment includes tracking. You'll get the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take 2–4 days after dispatch to update with the first scan.

Customs & duties

Most orders ship duty-free. For some destinations, customs may charge a small import fee — this is the buyer's responsibility per local law.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, email support@beautae.com and we'll either reship or refund. We've got you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to sender, you'll be responsible for a re-shipping fee.
