30-day glow guarantee

If your Beautae product doesn't deliver visibly clearer, smoother skin after 30 days of consistent use, we'll refund you in full — no awkward questions. Just reach out within 30 days of delivery.

How to request a refund or return

  1. Email support@beautae.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with next steps.
  3. If a return is needed, we'll send you a return address. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 7 days with photos. We'll replace it or refund in full — your choice. You won't pay return shipping in this case.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, the following can't be returned once opened or used:

  • Replacement suction heads (if opened)
  • Items damaged by misuse or against the instructions in the user manual

Unopened items in original packaging can always be returned within 30 days.

Refund timing

Once your return is approved, refunds typically reflect on your card or PayPal account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval, first check with your bank. If it's still not there, email us — we'll resolve it the same day.
